Spreading Smiles & Thanksgiving Thursday

"Spreading smiles doesn't cost a thing. However, its result is priceless." ~Mama Hen
Little Chick had her first two homework assignments this week. I was so proud of how wonderfully she did. Last night after she completed her work we decided to make a card for her teachers. She first wrote a beautiful letter and wrote "School is cool!" She then made an ice cream cone and placed the numbers in order. Then she made another card for a teacher that said "Orange you great!" Little Chick had orange cookies as a gift that she was excited to bring in. This morning she could not wait to bring in her wonderful cards and present for her teachers. They all had an enormous smile on from ear to ear. It really does not take much to make someone smile and its effect is contagious.
Little Chick drew her teachers.
So adorable!
"Orange" you great!
Thanksgiving Thursday: 1.) Little Chick and my family. 2.) The power to make someone smile. We all have it. 3.) For our beautiful animals. We love Cookie, Belle and Lolli so much. 4.) The hint of autumn in the air. I love this season! 5.) For each new day! I appreciate all that God has blessed me with. Thank You Lord.

  9. Love this idea! A little appreciation goes a long way...especially in a field where underappreciation is more common. Way to go, LC!
