"The spirit of Christmas is in the hearts of all who share the gift of being together in the present." ~Mama Hen
Little Chick and I love Christmas time! Along with our ornament tradition, we also love to create gingerbread houses each hoilday season. We especially enjoy sharing this with my sister and Little Chick's beautiful cousin. We had so much fun spending time together with family yesterday while decorationg our Christmas houses. After we were done we all headed out to dinner with Grandma Hen and my sister's husband. We topped off the day by visiting a spectacular home in the area that decorates their entire property with thousands of lights and Christmas decorations. The children were beyond excited! The true gift of Christmas is the blessing of being together.
The houses turned out great!! We love to decorate candy houses too but usually use graham cracker houses. :) What a fun tradition for you all!
