Little Chick Sings for Her Friend

The other day I got an e-mail from my great bloggy friend Karli at The Bonnie 5 saying that her adorable little daughter, Livia, requested that Little Chick sing Twinkle Twinke Little Star. Today after my daughter came home from her first full day of school since she got sick almost a month ago (she has only been going half days because she was so tired from being as sick as she was) she said "Mommy, I want to sing for the little baby." So here is Little Chick singing for her friend Livia!

For this Thanksgiving Thursday I want to say a huge thank you to God for my beautiful Little Chick and for making her feel better!

2.) For the loving memories of all who I have loved so tremendously and have passed away.

3.) The vibrant foliage.

4.) For discovering my cousins after all these years and for getting to know one in particular who is just like me.

5.) For being able to say I want to "stay gold" after all the difficult things life has thrown at me.

  1. Oh goodness gracious - if that isn't the cutest thing EVER!!! I love her pronunciation. Too bad we have to unlearn that adorable language.

Little Chick is just so edible. And I'm glad to hear she's back to full days. That was really a tough bout for her to get through.

    Enjoy the day, my friend!!!
    xoxo

  3. Oh my goodness - COMPLETE PRECIOUSNESS!!! Thank you thank you thank you so much Mama Hen! I can't believe you did that for Livia! See? I was right...you are the sweetest! :-) Oh I just can't wait to see the look on Livia's face tomorrow morning, and to hear her name at the end - oh my! She will be over the moon!

Little Chick really does have a wonderful, lovely voice. The little "scoops" on the notes are amazing! So ahead of her years. What a little dollie. You really are a musical family, and I love that. Please tell Little Chick that Livia will be watching it first thing tomorrow! :-) Adorable! Thank you! ♥

  20. Oh, Little Chick has such an adorable little singing voice. I'm so glad she is feeling better and continues to get stronger as time passes. I feel blessed for my Lil' Lewie too and that my Aunty Sarah is still hanging in there even if we're still not quite sure of the outcome...Even in all of her sickness, I still did get to see her smile once before I left...Happy Thanksgiving Thursday!
