Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree

"Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree,
how lovely are your branches." Here is the Christmas tree Little Chick and I picked. We like tall and fat.
Pretty tall!
Hot apple cider to warm us up and to toast our new tree!
Little Chick got her own Christmas tree. Really cute!
"Hey Santa, let's dance!"

Mommy trying to lug that huge tree in the house!

I hope you are having fun getting ready for the holidays! My laptop is still not working, so my computer time is limited. I will be by soon to leave comments to all of my dear friends! I miss my laptop!

  1. I think picking out the perfect Christmas tree is my favorite of the holiday traditions. I absolutely love reliving old memories as we put each meaningful ornament on our tree. Happy Holidays!

  6. Do you cut your own? We always walk around until we find the one we want and then cut it down. The kids drag it to the car.

  16. Looking forward to seeing your trees up and decorated. Our daughters used to have their own tree in their playroom which they were allowed to decorate exactly as they wished.

  28. Love your descriptions "Tall & Fat!" Just like Santa...well, maybe. My 4 year old also has a tree in her room and she sleeps with it lit every night. She thinks that tree is so special! Love these Xmas traditions.

  31. Loving the trees as said in a later post! I am laughing at lil chick and the robot santa!!

In our town in front of one grocery store there is a robot santa just like the on pictured that my daughter is deathly afraid of! It sings and dances and my daughter hates it. It makes me giggle a bit, but we haven't went back since. I guess she's still at the "Santa's Scawy" age.
