but it takes someone very special to be a daddy."
I love Smile Sunday because it is a day I can try to spread some smiles and cheer to others! I am going to dedicate this first Father's Day blog to my Daddy who passed away twelve years ago. He always radiated happiness and carried a smile that spread quickly to all who saw him. I miss him terribly, but his spirit lives on through Little Chick. She, too, carries this ability to make others smile when she walks in a room. I wish you all a very Happy Father's Day! Grab my Smile Sunday button and join in every Sunday to help spread smiles! Let me know and I will add your link!

We should be co-authors of a book: "Perfectionism is Exhausting." What a fantastic title, right?! :-) And SO TRUE! Thanks so much for the sweet wishes, and I hope your family has a wonderful day! ♥

ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting my blog... and the kind words. And Congrats on your success as a teacher! My SIL is one, and my 2nd daughter- the one I was pregnant with when I graduated from Nursing School and High School. Yeah- I didn't mention that in my blog post... I was afraid of what people would think if they knew I had a baby at 14 and was married and pregnant with baby #2 at age 18. My baggage, but I'm working on it. Mainly because of kind words by the people ( read strangers) that I am afraid will cast judgement on me...
ReplyDeleteLove the post about your Dad. And yes, anyone can be a father, but only a REAL MAN can be a DADDY!
