Thanksgiving Thursday

Who says it has to be November to truly evaluate what we are thankful for? Sadly, I think so many of us (including myself) get so caught up in our daily hectic lives, that we don't take the time to stop and conscientiously give thanks to the many, many blessings we have been given. My father told us every day to say thank you to God for our gifts of health, family, shelter, and love. I do pray every night, but there are quite a few hours in each day that I get a bit lost in the craziness of accomplishing my daily tasks. I think it is so important for all of us to stop throughout our busy "routines" and "schedules" and simply show our gratitude for all that should be cherished in our lives.
Here are just a few of my many blessing:

  6. I try to do this everyday, but sadly there ARE those days where I get caught up in everything that's going on & "forget" to be thankful.

    I like this "thankful thursday" thing!
