Love What You See

"Look in the mirror and love what you see. " ~Mama Hen
The greatest gift we can give our children is love and plenty of positive praise. I love my daughter more than anything! I make it a point to praise her as much as I can. The world can be tough on us all and we can be rather hard on ourselves from time to time. However, if there is an underlying positive feeling instilled from early on I believe we can get through anything.

  6. This is so true! I'm always telling Georgia how much I love her, and how wonderful she is. I think it's also really important to be positive about ourselves in front of our children, so that they have a good model for self-confidence. I make sure to never disparage my body in front of Georgia, nor do I make "Fat" comments in front of her. I don't want her to think that that's what women think about themselves.
