"Fill your days with new and exciting things!
The more you do, the more you will have to look back upon and smile."~Mama Hen This past weekend was one filled with plenty of fun and excitement! Little Chick did not let the Mono get the best of her. Although, by Monday she was completely wiped out! The illness has been a real challenge, but she rests when she has to and continues to have fun days regardless. The doctor said it could be another couple of months that she feels depleted of energy, so with that in mind we will spread the fun out throughout each day. I hope you had a fantastic holiday!
This girl has such a strong spirit - bless her heart!!
ReplyDeleteWhat sweet photos from a fun-filled weekend! There's nothing like being a little kid and getting to ride on a horse. It's just the most amazing thing, and I remember it!!
ReplyDeleteLove the pic of the GSD and Little Chick. A true dog lover, isn't she! (and who could resist a sweet German Shepherd anyway!) :-)

ReplyDeleteShe is the sweetest lady bug ever! It looks like your little one loves pony rides as much as mine do. I'm so glad that you enjoyed your weekend and that Little Chick is not letting the illness get her down.
ReplyDeleteBless her heart, I've been keeping her in my prayers. Mono is awful :-( Many blessings to you both!
