I can remember a couple of years ago Little Chick and I were playing with some paper in the kitchen and I started to make silly hats for us out of the paper. It was an impromptu moment and the hats were as silly as could be, but we had such a fun time! I remember Little Chick and I laughing and laughing as we walked around making funny faces at one another sporting our new hats. It is a cherished moment I will always have and my daughter may not recall, but I will share the pictures with her and remind her of the silly time we shared.

Today is my daughter's b-day. Maybe I'll do the Cherished Moment Monday about her birth although I don't have the photo documtation. Here's to you for capturing all of your cherished memories on film (disc). Little Chick was so little but with the same sweet smile and smiling eyes. -EW
ReplyDeleteShe was as cheerful then as she is now! What a sweetheart and I love her little baby belly!
ReplyDeleteHow adorable!!! Very very sweet and yes, those are moments you treasure and look back upon years later, to only fall in love all over again.
ReplyDeleteWonderful pictures! I think it's even more special because you made the hates yourself, from scratch, without any fancy-schmancy perfectionist craft kits. ;-) It makes for a more treasured experience.
ReplyDeleteHow precious!! I'm about to be a mommy and I can't wait for these kodak moments! I am your newest follower - come by and visit me sometime at hoosierfarmbabe.blogspot.com

ReplyDeleteSo cute! You should send these snaps to Trader Joe's. Great marketing opportunity...
ReplyDeleteOh, if only I could reach thru the screen and pinch those little cheeks! What a precious baby Little Chick was (is). Though it seems she's really becoming a little lady in the pictures!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your sweet comments on my blog; they always make me smile! Can you believe that green house?! I don't think I would have done very well in that day and age. I know how blessed my family is, and I rarely complain in that area, but the things I do complain about must sound so silly!
Hope you had a wonderful Monday! ♥
I love her smile. Her whole being lights up. She knows how to play coy too, peeking out from under her hat!
ReplyDeleteI participated in Cherished Memory Monday too, albeit very late in the day.

ReplyDeleteHi Mama Hen,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment! We found out the cause of the commenting issues I'm having... anyone using IE8 is not able to post a comment. We're still rectifying the problem at the moment. Until then, oh well... I had to rely on the Google Friend Connect Comment widget to communicate with my readers who are using IE8 :|
