Today I felt a hint of Autumn in the air! I love that time of year when the air gets crisp, the lighting starts to change and the leaves begin to put on a colorful show. We have to break out our sweaters and the scent of apple cider is inviting and warms the soul. Pumpkin and apple picking are a weekend favorite family event and taking a hay ride brings plenty of giggles and happy memories. Yes, my favorite season is around the corner and it really makes me smile.

Autumn is my favorite time of the year. Its beautiful that time of the year...all the reds, browns, yellows, and orange colors begin to pop out.

ReplyDeleteSo sweet! We have several sets of shadow photos like this. One set from when T and I had just gotten married. One set from when I was pregnant with our first baby and when he was about a year old. Then of course some from my second pregnancy. Soon we will have to do the ones for my baby's first birthday!
ReplyDeleteNice shadow pics, Mama Hen. They make me smile because I'm remembering my younger sister was afraid of her shadow when she was a toddler. We're still sweltering deep in the heart of Texas. Fall is probably still a good 6 weeks away. Can't wait to hear more about your apple and pumpkin picking ventures. -EW

ReplyDeleteLove the pics! We love this weather as well! We were able to get so much done today because the crisp air gave me some new energy. Fall is always such a productive time of the year, and I can't wait to do all sorts of fun autumn activities with my baby!
